EAST MEETS WEST – A NIGHT OF CRAFT BEER WITH BAIRD BREWING & MINOH BEER

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH (5 – 7 pm)

This is your invitation to experience several award winning Japanese craft beers from two of the leading breweries in Japan- Minoh Beer(West Japan) and Baird Brewing(East Japan).

If you have never had the opportunity to enjoy craft beer in Japan, this is your chance!

If you have already been endeared to Japanese craft beer, this is an event for you to

enjoy the beers you love and meet the people who brew it.

Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with good people, great food and exceptional beer at a frugal price!

There will be a short chat given by Kaori Oshita, Head Brewmaster of Minoh Beer and Bryan Baird, Head Brewmaster of  Baird Brewing, on the history, business and practice of brewing craft beer in Japan.

*guests will have access to beer and food throughout the event; including during the brewer’s chats.

*For those of you who wish to continue to enjoy event showcased beers, they will remain available for purchase at the bar following the event from 7pm.

There are no drink tickets or food tickets used for this event.  All you need is an entry ticket.

With the purchase of your entry ticket you get:

- A multitude of award winning craft beers exclusively from Baird Brewing and Minoh Beer served on several taps- Two hour all-you-can-drink format.

* Tasting glasses are made of glass and are 250ml.

- A Delicious 15 piece, buffet style spread catered by Cafe Absinthe- Two hour all-you-can-eat format.

*buffet is valued at ¥1,500 and has been worked into the cost of entry.

Everything is included in the price of the entry ticket.

Delivering our guests with the highest quality tasting experience is important to us.  Creating a relaxed, spacious, social atmosphere is just as important as providing you with high quality beer and food at a prudent price.

In order to maintain an event that is consistent with those ideals, the event space has been limited to only 80 people. We feel that anything above this number would damage the character of the event.

We are always working hard to expose as many people as we can to craft beer but not at the expense of quality.

We appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept guests at the door the day of the event.

Last day of ticket sales is November 15th.
